Garden Engagement Session in Stratford, Ontario

I am a sucker for a vibrant look that doesn't feel forced, and Amber + Scott's Stratford, Ontario engagement session definitely fits the bill.  Set in the Shakespearean Gardens and along the Avon River, this shoot by Martina Wendland is a mix of perfumed garden and vibrant woodland that evokes a natural, radiant feel.  Obviously the lilacs and wildflowers do their thing beautifully, and the couples' wardrobe is in perfect step with the environment.  Amber's dress (a vintage piece that belonged to her Grandmother!) packs a sweet, summery punch, and Scott's dapper suit jacket contrasts the settings and Amber's ensemble perfectly-- it also looks pretty swell paired with dark denim and crisp shirt and tie combo.  Their wardrobe offers not just visual interest, but is a great example of how to keep things dressy while at the same time inviting a sense of fun (as opposed to formality).  Of course to top it all off, Martina Wendland expertly captures Amber + Scott's easy romance and sense of relaxation along with the ambience and scope of the location.
